YEALINK SIP-T42S

The Yealink SIP-T42S Business IP Phone is a professional SIP desk phone designed for offices, business workstations, reception areas, administrative environments and enterprise VoIP deployments.

Supporting up to 12 SIP accounts, the SIP-T42S combines Yealink Optima HD Voice technology, a clear 2.7-inch backlit graphical display, programmable line keys and dual-port Gigabit Ethernet in a practical professional desktop design.

With IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, full-duplex hands-free calling, professional headset connectivity and an integrated USB port supporting optional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB recording functions, the T42S provides a flexible communication platform for compatible SIP-based telephone systems.

Supports up to 12 SIP accounts, allowing users to manage multiple extensions, VoIP identities or business telephone lines from a single desk phone.

Yealink Optima HD Voice
Yealink Optima HD Voice technology combines an HD handset, HD speaker and advanced acoustic processing to provide clear and natural voice reproduction.

Wideband Audio Support
Supports professional wideband voice technologies including G.722, providing improved voice clarity when used with compatible VoIP platforms and network conditions.

Full-Duplex Speakerphone
The integrated full-duplex hands-free speakerphone allows both sides of a conversation to speak and be heard simultaneously.

Acoustic Echo Cancellation helps reduce echo and improve clarity during speakerphone calls.

2.7-inch Backlit Display
Features a 2.7-inch graphical LCD with 192 × 64 resolution and backlighting, providing clear access to caller information, telephone menus, line status and configurable features.

6 Programmable Line Keys
Six illuminated line keys provide convenient access to configured accounts and telephone functions.

With multiple pages of programmable assignments, the phone can provide up to 15 paperless DSS key functions for compatible features including speed dial and Busy Lamp Field.

Dual-Port Gigabit Ethernet
Integrated dual-port Gigabit Ethernet provides high-speed network connectivity and allows a compatible computer to share the phone’s wired network connection.

IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet
Supports IEEE 802.3af PoE Class 2, allowing compatible PoE switches or injectors to provide network connectivity and electrical power through the Ethernet cable.

This can simplify installation and reduce cable clutter in professional office environments.

Optional External Power Adapter
The phone can also operate using a compatible Yealink 5V / 1.2A AC power adapter when PoE is unavailable.

The external power adapter is included only when specifically mentioned in the selected product option.

USB 2.0 Expansion Port
An integrated USB 2.0 port provides additional expansion capability for compatible Yealink accessories and supported USB functions.

Optional Wi-Fi Connectivity
Wi-Fi connectivity can be added using a compatible Yealink WF40 or WF50 USB Wi-Fi adapter.

Wi-Fi is not built into the SIP-T42S and requires the appropriate optional USB accessory.

Optional Bluetooth Connectivity
Bluetooth functionality can be added using a compatible Yealink BT40 or BT41 USB Bluetooth adapter.

Bluetooth is not integrated internally and requires the appropriate optional dongle.

USB Call Recording
Compatible USB storage devices can be used for USB call recording where supported by the installed firmware and VoIP configuration.

Professional Headset Support
A dedicated RJ9 headset connection supports compatible professional wired headsets.

The phone also provides support for compatible Electronic Hook Switch accessories for selected wireless headset systems.

Hearing Aid Compatible Handset
The handset is Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC), improving accessibility for compatible hearing-aid users.

3-Way Conference Calling
Supports 3-way local audio conferencing, allowing multiple participants to communicate through compatible VoIP services.

Advanced Business Calling Features

The SIP-T42S can also be installed using compatible wall-mount hardware for environments where desk space is limited.

Condition & Quality Assurance

This product is sold in used condition and has been professionally tested to ensure full functionality.

Normal signs of previous use such as light scratches, minor marks, handset wear, keypad wear or other cosmetic imperfections may be present.

Multiple cosmetic condition grades may be available. The customer can select the preferred condition from the available product options.

The core hardware specifications of the Yealink SIP-T42S remain fixed. Cosmetic condition, firmware version and included cables or accessories may vary depending on the selected product variant.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not built into the Yealink SIP-T42S. These functions require compatible optional Yealink USB adapters.

Customers should confirm compatibility with their existing SIP provider, IP PBX, provisioning environment and network configuration before purchase.
